  2. 2Start
  3. 3Free matches left

  2. 5Coin balance

Six short steps from opening the app to ending your first call, with fixes for the most common snags.

Step 1 of 6

Choose How You Want to Start

Both routes lead to the same private call with one person. The difference is who picks: the app, or you.

You choose

Browse women first

Look through the online list, then call the woman you choose from her card or her profile.

Pick this if you want to see who you’re calling before the call starts.

Switch any time. Both routes share one account and coin balance.

Step 2 of 6

Sign In When Required

A first visit usually opens the match screen or the online list straight away, with no form to fill in. The sign-in page appears only when your visitor session ends or you need a full account.

When the sign-in page may appear

  • Your earlier session has expired.
  • You open the wallet to buy coins.
  • You edit your profile or change account settings.

Your two options

Sign up with Email
Create an account with your email and a password, then use Sign in with Email next time. Forgot password? sends a verification code.
Quick Sign in
One tap creates an account or signs you back in.

Tick I agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service first, or the app asks you to Read and agree. Adults 18+ only.

Step 3 of 6

Allow Camera and Microphone Access

Video needs your camera and microphone; Audio needs only the microphone. The first time, tap Allow on the Permissions Required panel, then Allow again in your browser’s prompt.

If you tapped Block or nothing happens

You’ll see Permission denied! with Try it again. If the browser already blocked the site, it won’t ask again, so turn access back on in settings:

Safari

  1. Open Settings
  2. Safari
  3. Settings for Websites
  4. Camera, then Microphone: Allow
  5. Return to 1on1Chat and refresh

Chrome

  1. Open Settings
  2. Chrome
  3. Turn on Camera and Microphone
  4. Return to 1on1Chat and refresh
  • On a computer, close meeting apps or anything else using the webcam. Otherwise you may see that the camera or microphone “is being used by another app”.
  • Mid-call, More (•••) opens the Operate panel, where you can switch Microphone or Camera off and on.
  • On a phone, other apps can hold the camera too, and in-app browsers often can’t reach it. See mobile video chat for iPhone and Android tips.

Step 4 of 6

Start Matching or Call From a Profile

Tap or scroll through each route. How quickly you connect depends on who is online, so it varies.

Random match 1 / 7

  1. Route A · Random match

Choose a tab and tap the large Start button. If you have free matches left, the selected tab shows how many.

  2. Your own preview shows while the app searches; Cancel Match stops it. A quick preview with Find Another may appear first.

  3. The chat opens full screen with a timer at the top left. Steps 5 and 6 cover what comes next.

  4. Route B · Call from a profile

Use the Popular, Online, New and Following tabs, language chips or Filter, and check the status on each card.

  5. Tap the coral call button on a card, or open her profile and call from there. Free calls are labelled in the app.

  6. If your balance is too low, a top-up sheet opens instead of the call. Close it, or add coins and call again.

  7. CALLING shows while it rings. If she can’t answer, the app says she may be busy; try later or send her a message.

Step 5 of 6

Understand Free Matches and Coins

Starting is free; coins come in later. The free allowance varies, so check it in the app. Watch for these four signs, in the order you’ll meet them.

  1. The Free badge

When free matches remain, the selected Video or Audio tab shows a Free badge with the number left. No badge means none left on that tab.

  2. The free-time countdown

A free match opens with a short free period. Five seconds before it ends, a chat message shows the per-minute rate. To avoid coins, hang up before then.

  3. The timer restarts

When free time ends, the timer jumps to 00:01 and coins are charged per minute. Next disappears too.

  4. Low-balance prompts

When your balance runs low, a prompt shows the minutes left and offers to extend. A special offer with a countdown may follow. At zero, the call ends.

Your balance is the coin pill on the match screen. Prices show in the app before you pay and can change, so we don’t list them here.

Step 6 of 6

Continue, Next or End the Chat

Everything you need is on the call screen. The numbers match the labels below.

Quick answers

First Chat FAQ

Do I have to create an account before my first chat?
Usually not. A first visit uses a temporary visitor session. Sign-in appears if it ends, or when you buy coins or edit your profile.
What’s the difference between Video, Audio and Text on the match screen?
Video uses your camera and microphone, Audio only the microphone, and Text is a written chat. Only Video and Audio show the Free badge.
Why is the hang-up button greyed out when a random chat starts?
In random matches, hang-up is locked for the first few seconds, the same countdown as Next. Then it works and asks you to confirm.
Where did the Next button go?
Next only works in random matches during free time. When the timer restarts at 00:01, it disappears; use hang-up instead.
Can I keep chatting with my camera off?
Yes. Tap More (•••) and switch Camera off in the Operate panel. The Microphone switch is there too.
How do I find someone again after the chat ends?
Open Call history from the clock icon on the match screen. Anyone you followed also appears in the Following tab.
