Use the free matches and free call time on your account, and browse women at no cost. Here is where free ends, what the app shows first, and how to stop before any coins are used.
01The free part
Four things in private 1-on-1 video chat cost nothing. Two of them are limited, and the app shows you what is left.
Your account can include a number of free random matches on the Video and Audio tabs. The number is set in the app and can change, so we don’t promise one.
A free match opens with a short stretch of free time, counted down on the call screen. Talk, decide, or tap Next while it runs.
Some calls from a woman’s profile are offered free. The app puts a Free label on the call button, and only those calls start without coins.
Opening the online list and looking through women’s profiles and photos is free, with nothing to use up.

02Where coins start
Coins come in at five points. At each one, the app shows you a price, a prompt or a notice first.
What the app shows The Free badge leaves the Video or Audio tab. Starting another match may open a top-up prompt with coin packages.
Your choice Top up, or close the prompt and keep browsing for free.
What the app shows Five seconds before, a chat message gives the per-minute rate. Then the timer restarts at 00:01 and Next disappears.
Your choice Hang up before the notice runs out and you pay nothing.
What the app shows Each minute after free time is charged in coins at the rate from that message.
Your choice End the call at any time with the red button.
What the app shows A call without a Free label uses coins at the rate shown before you place it.
Your choice Call, or go back to the list without spending anything.
What the app shows In a call, a prompt shows roughly how many minutes are left and offers to extend. Before a profile call, a top-up sheet opens instead.
Your choice Extend, top up, or let the call end when coins reach zero.
Coins are bought in the app, where packages and per-minute rates are listed. Those prices are set in the app and can change, so we don’t print them here.
03One call, on the clock
Here is a matched video chat drawn as a clock face. Mint is free, coral is paid, and the short stretch between them is where you decide.
Her video connects and a free countdown begins on the call screen. Nothing is charged yet.
Talk as you like while it counts down. Next stays available if you’d rather meet someone else.
Five seconds before free time ends, a chat message shows the per-minute rate in coins.
Stay, and the timer restarts at 00:01 with coins charged each minute. Hang up first, and the call costs nothing.

04Two doors, two rules
Both open a private video chat with one woman, but free works differently on each. Follow the line for the way you plan to start.
The app picks who you meet
Free matches and free time come together. Without a Free badge, starting a match may open a top-up prompt. More on how random video chat works.

Looking through her profile first costs nothing; only the call itself can use coins. See video chat with women for browsing before you call.
05Where to look
Your free benefits show up right where you use them. These four spots tell you what is free for you today.
The selected tab shows how many free matches remain. No badge means none are left on that tab.
The coin pill on the match screen is your balance. Packages and prices are listed in the app’s wallet.
During a match, the free countdown shows the time left, and the chat notice gives the rate that follows.
A Free label on the Video Chat button means that call is free for you. No label means it uses coins.
Some accounts also see a reward bar from time to time that can add free matches or coins. It only appears when the app offers it, so don’t count on it.
06Before your first match
1on1Chat runs in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox on a phone or computer, so there is no app to download. A first visit usually sets up a visitor session, taking you to the match screen or the list of women without a form. Sign-in appears only for things like buying coins or editing your profile.
